Fist of Fury
Fist of Fury maybe a title of Bruce Lee’s movie, but in boxing there is more to the fist than meets the eye. I came across this site called insideboxing.com, and they have a section there for those who would want to learn how to box. This section starts with a lesson about the fist. It is not placed at the beginning of the section if it is not important to begin with. It says there that before we hit an opponent it is important, it is a great idea to make sure that we don’t hurt ourselves and an improperly made fist will just do that.
